Suryoday Small Finance Bank is shutting down its ATM services from October 1.

The bank said that now more of its customers are not using ATMs, so it is not profitable for them to run them.
The bank said that customers can use internet banking and mobile banking for banking services. PIN generation, fund transfer, mini statement, balance enquiry etc.
will be available through Internet Banking and Mobile Banking.
What will be the option now?
The bank said that it will give customers the option to use their debit cards at ATMs of other banks.
You can continue to use your Suryoday Bank ATM / Debit Card for cash withdrawal at any other bank's ATM for your needs,
the bank said in its message to the customers. No charge will be taken from them for this.
What did the MD say?
According to a report in Times of India, Suryoday R Bhaskar Babu, MD of the bank said, "We realized that now many of our customers are not using ATMs. We are not able to make it a profitable deal
That's why we decided that instead of running these machines, customers should be given the facility of free transactions in ATMs of other banks.
Notably, as of June 30 this year, Suryoday SFB had a total of 555 banking outlets, out of which 97 were liability focus outlets and the total employee strength was 5,072.
